Ever feel like your days are nonstop—like you can barely catch your breath, let alone find a moment to slow down? You’re not alone! Join us for a relaxing and refreshing Wellness Lunch & Learn focused on deep breathing—a simple but powerful way to calm your mind, reduce stress, and increase focus.

During this session, you’ll learn easy breathing techniques you can use anytime, anywhere to help you reset, refocus, and restore balance throughout your day. Taking just a few mindful breaths can help lower blood pressure, improve concentration, and even boost your mood.

Take a break for yourself—grab your lunch, breathe deeply, and leave feeling a little lighter and more centered.

UDS Foundation Gift Wrapping Volunteer!

We love to see our team members volunteer within the community! What better way to serve in a fun & impactful way than supporting the United Disabilities Services (UDS) Gift Wrapping team!

Information on how to support!

Wrapping At The UDS Gift Wrap Booth:

  • Shifts are typically 3 – 4 hours and the minimum age to volunteer is 14.

  • UDS trains you! All volunteers will be asked to watch a training video (13 minutes) prior to their first volunteer shift to learn the UDS wrapping techniques. There will also be an experienced manager on duty at the booth at all times to help give further assistance and give you more tips and tricks.

  • A maximum of 10 volunteers in the booth at any given time.

  • Volunteers with a team or group (no more than 5) must provide all participants names, email addresses and mobile numbers at time of scheduling in order to have your timeslot confirmed.

  • Booth Hours Are: Monday thru Saturday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm; Sunday Noon – 5:00 pm 
    Extended December hours will be announced later by the Park City Center Office

These games aren’t just about having fun—they’re a great way to de-stress, boost energy, and strengthen team connections. So, grab a teammate, soak in the fresh air, and let the games begin!

Occuring every Friday during May. Weather permitting.

Games will be located on the lawn along Stony Battery Road.

National Walk At Lunch Day

Take a walk on Wednesday, April 2 (whenever you want - it doesn’t have to be at lunch!) to be entered to win a $5 gift card to Dunkin’.

On-site employees - put an entry form in the basket at the reception desk.

Off-site and second- and third-shift employees - take a walk and email a selfie to livewell@engleonline.com - we’ll enter you to win.

Ten winners will be randomly drawn from all the entries.
