Highmark Blue Shield offers prescription-required tobacco cessation medications which may change from time-to-time. The current offered medications include BUPROBAN, BUPROPION HCL ER, BUPROPION SR, CHANTIX, NICOTROL, NICOTROL NS and ZYBAN as well as over-the-counter medications COMMIT, NICODERM CQ, NICORELIEF, NICORETTE, NICOTINE, NICOTINE GUM, NTS, QUIT 2, QUIT 4, STOP SMOKING AID and THRIVE NICOTINE.  Since tobacco cessation medications are covered under the Highmark Preventive Schedule, you will have no cost share as long as you obtain them with a prescription.
